The public is invited to a community ice facility groundbreaking at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 16, at the Orange County Great Park. An Anaheim Ducks affiliate and the City of Irvine will co-host the ceremony to begin construction of one of the largest public ice facilities in the U.S. The grand opening will be in 2018.
