WAGYU MEAT & GRILL

“We wanted to bring the highest quality wagyu, usually reserved for fine dining, and make it accessible to families in Irvine. It’s about sharing the joy of premium ingredients without the pretension.”
What it’s known for: A hybrid butcher shop and casual grill that makes premium meat easily accessible, it offers Japanese A5 and American wagyu beef. Customers can pick a premium cut from the case to take home or have it grilled to order.
