Steve Fryer’s list of outstanding baseball players last week:

Matt Anderson, Costa Mesa, Jr., 3B/OF: Anderson hit a double, a triple and drove in two runs in a 7-0 win over Calvary Chapel and homered with three RBIs in an 11-0 win over Estancia in two Orange Coast League wins for the Mustangs.

Casey Borba, Orange Lutheran, Jr., 3B: Borba was 5 for 9 with two home runs and six RBIs as the Lancers swept Servite in three games in the Trinity league. He committed to Texas.

Jon Cilderman, Northwood, Sr., Ut: He was 3 for 3 with three RBIs in a win over Pacific Coast League-leading Beckman, drove in three runs in a league win over Laguna Hills, then pitched six scoreless innings in another win over Laguna Hills.

Tyler Sandhu, Tustin, Sr., P: Sandhu pitched a two-hitter in the Tillers’ 1-0 win over Foothill at Angel Stadium. He is 4-0 with 39 strikeouts in 26 1/3 innings.

Sebastian Ugalde, Edison, Jr., P: He threw a no-hitter in the Chargers’ 2-0 win over Katella. Ugalde had seven strikeouts victory over the Knights.
